Harborside Lofts (Galveston, TX)

 An award winning restoration project located in the heart of the historic downtown district on Galveston Island, the Ice and Cold Storage Building was renovated within the guidelines of the Galveston Historical Foundation. Transformed into beautifully appointed condominiums, the 3 story structure houses a prestigious law firm on the first floor. Pinnacle provided a complete building renovation and custom build-outs for the residents and commercial tenants. The project was awarded a Certificate of Quality Restoration by the Historic Downtown Strand Partnership.
